You may doubt my love for you, because I have let you down in the past and probably will will do it, again, unintentionally. You may doubt a toddlers' love for you when he's mad for not getting his way and shouts, "I don't love you," as he throws a tantrum on the floor.
You may doubt a spouse's love when your marriage is on the proverbial rocks.
Never doubt God's great love for you, His treasured daughter.
"For the mountains may move and the hills disappear, but even then My faithful love for you will remain. My covenant of blessing will never be broken,” says the Lord, who has mercy on you" (Isaiah 54:10).
The above scripture references earthly landmarks we are familiar with to represent the steadfast love He has for you. Then, in the New Testament, the writer references thought provoking subject matter as to the strength and tenacity of that love. "And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love" (Romans 8:38).
Are you getting the point? God loves YOU.
