New to this health and nutrition and fitness world, I choose not to say "diet and exercise." In my opinion the word diet reeks of restriction and all things negative. 
So, until this 50 year old with silver strands can come up with a clever moniker and even more clever website ...like all of those beautiful, healthy, young women-bloggers... I'll stick with the basics I'm learning and try to pass along something helpful to encourage YOU to pursue lifelong nourishment for body, mind and soul!
